If your event has been approved by the Board of Trustees and a reservation form filled out for the CCRS Office, please make sure that you submit the event information for the Celebration Center bulletin within a week of completing all forms and being approved. Otherwise, the office cannot take responsibility for your event appearing in the bulletin in a timely manner.This is crucial, especially if your event is time-sensitive.
All information for the bulletin must be submitted to the office by Tuesday of each week. If your information is submitted after that deadline, there is no guarantee that your event will appear in the bulletin so please make sure to tie a string around your finger so you won't forget.
