Care Team Services are available to everyone in the CCSL community.  Requests may be made by phone, email, or Request Form.

For phone, call the main number for CCSL (703)560-2030. If someone answers let them know you would like to leave a message for the care team.  If no answer, listen to the prompt and Press 7 for the Care Team mailbox.  This mailbox is checked daily. 

For email, (email to: careteam@celebrationcenter.org) then place "Care Team Request" in subject line. 

Request Forms may be placed in the Sunday service collection basket or mailed to the Center. 

The Care Team promises to respond in a timely manner.
