The Practitioner’s Calling by Irina Kurasiewicz
Appreciation is one of the most powerful Spiritual Practices. It is recognizing Good in all things, small and big, in your life. And when we recognize Good we recognize God.
With this recognition, Its presence expands in our lives.
The amazing thing about practicing Appreciation is that you are presented with thousands of opportunities to do so. Just keep your eyes open. There is nothing too small to be appreciated. Just the fact that you are breathing in this moment and you are able to experience this no matter what you are doing, will fill you with appreciation.
Be appreciative of yourself, of your body, your skills, your talents. Cherish and share them abundantly with others; you will create more occasions for appreciation.
Don’t keep your silence! Express your appreciation! Say “Thank you!” and “I appreciate this!” as many times as you can out loud! It will feel good! It will make you smile! Let the people around you know that they are appreciated! They will feel loved and they will share their joy and positive energy with the world which will come back to you multiplied abundantly!
I appreciate the opportunity to write these words!
I appreciate all of you! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
